Deposit by Wire (and email-request)

This may be the first time you are using a crypto deposit method or the Transak terminal did not recognize your bank-app connection (perhaps refresh the screen and try again). This step may take a bit longer due to KYC requirements and other details to setup your connection. No worries, this is a very secure method, lets dive in.

  1. You may be asked to enter your email. Use the mail your would like to pay with, this does not need to be the same mail as the one you use for creating the smart wallet, it's just for the deposit/withdraw connected to your bank.

  1. Verify the code send to your mail

  1. (Optional, skip usually): If you picked the wrong email, you can change it by loggin-out and logging back in.

  1. You may be asked for KYC, your bank is asking for this, we don't receive these details.

  1. Confirm

  1. Confirm again.

  1. Final check for the payment details (the network should be Arbitrum, do not mannually change that).

  1. Wire funds instructions. You have to follow through on thes wire instruction yourself by logging into to your bank and transferring the funds to the given account. The Bank Name you see is a bank associated with Transak that will convert your deposit to USDC.

  1. Wait for the confirmation email or simply log back in later with Nex Labs to see your funds updated real time.
